Land Lease

The Montana Rail Link property portfolio includes thousands of parcels of land available for various uses. However, MRL’s Real Estate Administration is dedicated to supporting the corporations’ primary activity – transporting freight. Therefore, all applications go through a rigorous administrative review process. To begin the process please complete an application form to apply for a lease. Print the application form below and mail it in for processing.

Once we have reviewed your application, we will be in touch. Please plan and allow for approximately six months to process your service request.
