This local tariff supplement was issued on December 1, 2011 and goes into effect January 1, 2012; amending current Tariff MRL 8000-D. This tariff amends Freight Tariff MRL 8000-D and is also applicable on intrastate traffic, except where expressly provided to the contrary in connection with particular rates and provisions contained herein.
