On Saturday, December 4, 2010 the Santa Express will arrive at the Southgate Mall area (west side of Bob Ward's). Santa and Mrs. Claus will be onboard to greet area children beginning at 11:00a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Griz items will be distributed along with childrens' hats and gloves. Warm beverages, cookies and entertainment will be available for attendees waiting to board. The Santa Express is a yearly event hosted by Montana Rail Link. Refreshments are provided by Southgate Mall and the University of Montana, while hats and gloves are provided by Sears.
