Pre-Arranged Crossing Assistance

To pre-arrange a safe crossing of a low, slow or oversized vehicle across any Montana Rail Link track, please follow these steps:

• Call (800) 338-4750 a minimum of seven (7) days prior to your proposed crossing move.
• Be prepared to provide a description of the crossing location and a return telephone number, fax number, and/or email address.
• If a railroad representative is unable to assist you immediately, a return call, fax or email will be provided within four (4) days of your initial call to discuss the details of your crossing move.
